F. Greenbaum & Associates is a multidimensional research firm
established in 1991, providing services to more than 60 companies,
including Coca-Cola Ltd., Proctor & Gamble Inc., and Kraft Foods.

Fran Greenbaum, President
Fran began her research career at Coca-Cola Canada and Xerox of Canada,
where she managed the research of new products, product usage and attitudes
in advertising, and did consulting on business-to-business research. She
went on to refine her skills at Ogilvy & Mather and MacLaren Advertising,
as the research manager for agency clients. Prior to launching F. Greenbaum
& Associates, Fran was vice president and research director at Product
Initiatives.
Fran has conducted both quantitative and qualitative
research in a wide range of fields including pharmaceuticals, financial
services, retail, food products, consumer goods, high technology, and
educational programs (see clients).
Aside from her training as a qualitative and quantitative researcher,
she has extensive experience as a facilitator of brainstorming and naming
workshops. Her initiative and intuition have helped numerous companies
shape the way their product is marketed to the consumer.
